Fine as Wine
Tweed Sports Jacket * Levis Denim Shirt * Safty Pin in Collar * 90's Floral Tie * Matching Pocket Square * Brass Tie Clip with pearl * Brown Check Pants * TwoTone Brown Oxford Brogues
Winter is about great wine, food and great company. Its simply too cold to be bothered by strangers and impalletable cuisine. This is why I love winter, it brings the best out of everything. The best fabric, designs and the return to the classics.
I like mixing sheer textures with rough fabrics like tweed the juxtopositioning creates an interesting contrast. Combining dull tweeds with bright silk accessories. Adding an understated elegance to an otherwise dull affair.
The denim shirt lends a sense of not taking yourself too seriously by injecting a bit of playfullness to the outfit. Please leave comments and let us have it.
I'dlike to thank For the Love of Wine in Stanely St Richmond Hill for lending their beautifull wine bar/lounge to for this edition of Swag-Zu. Lastly I would like to thank my neice on a job welldone for this shoot, she is the one responsible for
the great shots. Her Name is Awonke Zidlele. Well done girl.

I'm Back At Work
Blue Denim Shirt * Navy Carducci Blazer with Brass Buttons *Brown Check Pants * Brown Woven Belt * Navy Knitted Silk Tie * Olive Gray Loafers Europa Art * Techni-colour Socks Fabiani * Brown Country Road Nappa Leather Gloves
Its been a minute since I've posted a decent photo shoot but I must admit it was nice not working for awhile. But thats behind us now. Time to work. This is my lastest iteration. I call it "Back to Work", BoW for short. Very creative I know. Infact this is what I'm going to be wearing on my first day at my new job tomorrow courtesy of my little shopping holiday in Cape Town I recently took.
I do believe a Navy blazer should be a staple for any gentleman's wardrobe. Accessorised and styled correctly it can be the talk of the town. I hope I did it Justice. Wish me luck with my new carreer.

The Cowboy Boot 2013
Levis Denim Shirt and Jeans * Opinel Pocket Knife * Ostrich Leather Cowboy belt and Buckle * Sendra Cowboy Boots (Spain)
A piece of unsolicited advice on choosing a cowboy boot. Cowboy boots are hard on the foot. Why? because they are meant primarily for riding and walking on dirt surfaces which are softer than pavements and tiles etc. So first know that you will most probably on wear this once every other while. Secondly choose a walking heel rather than a riding one, this will make them more comfortable to walk with. Trust me. *See the ones I'm wearing. Sendra makes awesome boots at a good price. There are many designs out there so dont be shy to show a little creativity in your choice. Oh and make sure the sole is made of thick hide this will ensure you will get good long use out of them. Infact everything in them should be leather. No exception.

I've always had a fascination with the mens Italian sartorialism and this post is a nod to the Italian suave that we have come to admire and emulate. I sincerely hope you like our latest offering. Leave your comments and let us have it. Yay or nay?
